Nicholas Villani
Founder
Nicholas founded CEO in 2005 to expand transition and employment opportunities for individuals in special education. With over 40 years of experience, he has led vocational training programs, secured grant funding, and pioneered early employment initiatives for individuals with autism.
An adjunct professor at Dowling College since 1997, Nicholas has trained graduate students in transition services and launched the nation’s first College Support Program for Students with Asperger’s Syndrome. His work has earned multiple awards, including Best Practices in Transition from the New York State Rehabilitation Association, and he has been featured on NPR’s Sound Medicine and Autism Spectrum News.
