Grace Tully

Director of Workforce Development Initiatives

 Grace oversees WIOA grants for the Towns of Oyster Bay and Hempstead, helping high school students and young adults secure paid internships and employment. She also manages a Town of Hempstead grant to expand workforce development through HempsteadWorks, connecting dislocated workers to businesses and increasing services in Hempstead and Long Beach schools.

Previously, Grace worked with NYC’s Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD), managing youth workforce contracts and directing WIA/WIOA programs in Long Island City, Queensbridge, and Ravenswood.

 She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on implicit bias in education and a Master’s in School Counseling and Guidance from NYU. Passionate about economic mobility for young people, she is committed to developing workforce solutions that strengthen communities.
