The WEB Partnership and Long Island Industries

The goal of the CEO/HempsteadWorks WEB Partnership is to continually identify the industry growth centers on Long Island in order to connect potential employees with employment in growth industries with career potential

The WEB Partnership holds  meetings with specific fast-growing industry sectors engaged in the Long Island economy.  Via the  meetings, and the industry sectors they support, the WEB Partnership endeavors to:

• Assist businesses in identifying and acquiring trained and skilled employees

• Engage businesses with career education in local school districts

• Create partnerships among a range of stakeholders

• Develop networks with businesses, school districts, governmental services and community-based organizations

• Connect growing Long Island Businesses with the professional resources of HempsteadWorks
